Following a comprehensive assessment, a plan is established according to the principles of TCM, followed by an in clinic treatment that may involve acupuncture, cupping, and acupressure-massage, as well as herbal prescriptions when appropriate*.

After your Initial Treatment, follow up visits may be recommended to ensure positive momentum and/or address possible symptom recurrence.
30 minute sessions are booked when there are no major changes and things are going as expected. Suitable for long time patients undergoing treatment for a chronic issue.
60 minute sessions are booked when more attention or rest is required and/or a significant change has taken place.
**Herbal Prescriptions have an additional fee and are made on a case by case basis depending on the condition(s) being treated.
R & R Session
60 minutes = $110
Relaxation & Recovery Sessions are for those who are generally healthy and want assistance with circulation promotion and stress decompression; they may include Massage, Cupping, and/or Acupuncture, depending on your request.
**This is a "stand alone session," and can be booked to complement the course of treatment for an acute or chronic issue, though is intended for those who just want a bit of R&R.
Herbal Prescriptions have an additional fee and are made on a case by case basis depending on the condition(s) being treated.
They are usually taken in a tea form, made from either dissolvable granules or decocted from raw herbs. Keep in mind these teas are taken for a purpose, and not for tasty enjoyment.
Effects can range from almost immediate to much longer, depending on the herbs and the purpose.
Small batch liniments are produced in house using various herbal formulas soaked in alcohol. These liniments come from a variety of Traditional Martial Arts & Medicine lineages, and are of limited supply.

Lifestyle Planning 90 minutes = $165 Individual or Small Group
Take the time to establish a healthy rhythm in your life, synching your basic physical needs of proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, and effective stress management with the time of year, as you move forward in pursuit of your hopes and dreams, creating the life you imagine, without selling your soul in the process.
This is available for individuals or small groups up to 3 people. The $165 rate can be paid by yourself or split between 2-3 friends.
The first session focuses on your current state and identifies short and longterm goals. You will be introduced to QiGong & Self-Care Foundations according to Traditional Chinese Medicine & Martial Arts, Taoist, Gnostic, and Buddhist Philosophies with strong emphasis on Introspection, Contemplation, Meditation & Dialogue. We may determine and study certain books and writings in order to tease out ideas that will help you cultivate and develop a strong centre.
Whether you book for yourself or a small group, it is recommended to meet once per week for a month.

ESL & City Navigation Single Session = $260 Monthly Package = $800
ESL-On-The-Run is for students & professionals who are fairly new to (North)Vancouver and want (a)dditional practice communicating in English, while (b)ecoming familiar with public transit and navigating areas throughout (North)Vancouver, as well as (c)ultivating fitness and fun.
We will walk and talk in the forests or along the beach, using the city's infrastructure to navigate the streets. We'll get fresh air, either in Vancouver rain or splendid sun; all of this we'll do while enhancing our communication skills on the run.
The single sessions can be booked for one, or shared between two or three individuals who want added fun. The monthly programmed sessions are for individual purchase only, and offer a savings of $240.
